Mr McLaughlan, M.H.R., has published aa address in which he attacks the management of our railways, the number and salaries of civil servants, and he disapproves of purchasing any native tends until all the Crown lands are settled, meanwhile shutting up all native lands from sale until required by the Government for bonafike sattlement.
