CHRISTCHURCH.
Fire.
This day.
Six stacks of wheat belonging to the Bank of New South Wales, at Leeston, were burned down yesterday. It is supposed that the fire was the work of an incendiary. They were insured in the Norwich Union for £250, but that amount will not nearly cover the loss.
