St. Petebsbtjboh, April 3. London, April 3. Queensland Loan. A Queensland loan for three millions at four per cent, is announced, but two millions only are to be issued at present. Russia and China.
The relations between Eussia and China are considered as being very critical, x the latter haying declined the ratification of, the treaty, releasing Eussia from restoring Kuldja. A report has also been current that Chinese troops have crossed the river Amoor,. thereby constituting open hostility to Russia.
