The English Elections.
Sir Julius Vogel and Falmouth.
The Homeward mails, via Brindisi, which left New Zealand in February, were delivered to-day.
The Bank of England's weekly return shows the total reserve in notes and bullion to be £16,600,000, being over £1,000,000 less than last week.
The election for Falmouth took place to-day. Sir Julius Yogel was a candidate, but was rejected.
