WELLINGTON.
Last night. The Post to-night states that Sir W. Fox.and Sir D. Bell, two of the Native Commissioners, have presented an interim report to His Excellency, and that the nature of this document has not yet transpired, but it is rumored that it bears upon certain matters brought before the Commissioners in regard to which they found no difficulty in arriving at a prompt decision.
