CIVIL SIDE. Judgment fob Plaintiffs. In the following cases judgment was given for the plaintiffs with costs :--Gillan v. Lyinburn, claim £17 10s and costs £2 2s. ADJOUBNED. The following cases were adjourned :— B. McLean (Land Tax Commissioner) v. Kelly, same v. Murdoch, same v. Smith,, Wilkinson v. Young. Judgment Summons.hansen v. webb. Claim, £20165. T ' W. Webb, sworn, deposed—He had no means to pay the amount of the judgment. The total amount he had received since the judgment was £2 2s 6d. He had no gum on hand, and had been in bad health. He was quite willing to pay when he had the means. No order made. . . W. WILSON & CO. V. GBEEN. Claim £5 13s 6d. Mr Miller for plaintiff. Tbe defendant deposed that he had a share in a tribute in the Moanatairi. He owed Mr Deeble and Bank of New Zealand money, and the former who owned a share in the tribute had deducted his debt from defendant's share of the gold. He was crushing at present, but the company would deduct from his share a debt he owed. His Worship, adjourned the case till next court day. FBAS.EB V. CUMMINGS. Claim, £10, On a P.N.,'held by plaintiff, as endorsee. Defendant proved that the liability had been discharged, and plaint^ was nonsuited. .Court adjourned.
