Sib,—As the winter months will soon be here, I trust the School Committees will make arrangements *whereby those children who carry their dinners to school will be accommodated with shelter from the wind and rain during the dinner honr. Last winter my children were continually taking colds, through, I am of opinion, the wet and draughts in waiting under the lee side of buildings, <fee—l am, &c, A Pabekt.
