THE THAMES BOYS AND GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL. Headmaster: James Adams, 8.A., Member of the Convocation of the London University. Lady Teacher: Miss Fanny Chitty, late Resident Governess Alexandra College, Victoria. THE object of this School is to furnish an EDUCATION of the HIGHEST ORDER for Young People of both sexes. The course of instruction will include English, Mathematics, Classics (ancient and modern), aud Science; and pupils will be prepared for examinations in the Civil Service, the Law, and the University. Special attention will be given to instruition in Chemistry and Physics, and every pupil will receive a sound English Education. The Class Rooms for Boys, and the Class Booms for Girls are in separate buildings on each side of the beadmagtsr's house, and will be furnished with all the apparatus neceesaiy for elucidating every branch of Btudy. It is contemplated establishing a limited number of Free Scholarships. The school hours for boys are from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, and from 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. The school hours for girls are from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 a.m., and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. TERMS—Per annum, payable quarterly in in advance: — One Scholar ... ... £8 8 0 Two Scholars 14 14 0 Three Scholars... ... 18 18 0 Additional scholars belonging to the same parents by arrangement.
