OF this number 250 SHAKES are to be considered as paid up, and are ! reserved by the Promoters, by whom all necessary expenses for the formation of the Company will be paid. This Company is to be formed for working the (at one time) famous Caledonian Claim; and, as it is necessary for the mine to be worked without delay, the share list will close on the last day of February, 1880.
