QUERN OF BEAUTY.
At the company's mill the only parties crushing at present are Teasdale and party and the Little Maggie shareholders. The work of fitting up the pumping machinery is in rapid progress, all the machinery of the old Waio-Karaka pump available having been got into position, while Messrs Jiidd and Co. will complete the turbine in a few days'. It is expected that in a fortnight or three weeks the first turn will be got out of the new pump. It is estimated that it will take about a i month to fork the water.
