The police this afternoon received information, that a man with his throat cut was found-floating in the Bay near Vauxhall. A small sum of money was found on him, also a note book which contained the name of Walter Pierce..;
The race horses Chancellor, York, Libeller, Billingsgate, and Hippocampus, arrived safely by the Arawata from Welliuetpn this morning.
