2£r Bsrry on the Stump. Berry addressed the Geeloog electors yesterday in a long speech in which he defended the policy and actions of the Government. He sketched the future programme of the Ministry, and stated that they had resolved to abandon the nominee clause, bat would retain the plebiscite and sixth clause in the next Reform Bill. A tote of confidence was carried by a large majority,
Mblbouene, February 9.
Berry is to speak at Geelong to*night, and will unfold the Ministerial programme. The general elections have been fixed to come off on 28th February.
