FRANCE.
France intends to follow the example of Germany, and give attention to the consoldation and development of trade with distant countries, and intends to increase the number of French Conaulates.
Frezienet delivered the programme of the new French Ministry yesterday, and announced prudent measures, policy at home or abroad decisive, to advance in the path of necessary reforms, and the reduction of taxation indicated an adherence to the customs policy and the present treaties. It was silent respecting the amnesty. The Extreme Left were dissatisfied.
