The Provisional Directors will also endeavor to make provision for ample reserves for religious, educational, recreation, and public health purposes, as' suggested by the Minister of Lands to the deputation which lately waited upon the Government with the view of bringing this scheme under their notice and favorable consideration. The payments are to be computed on some well-defined, liberal, and easily-understood system of deferred payments, to be made by instalments extending over a period of, say not lees than ten (10) years.
