THAMES HAEBOR BOARD., 1 TN conformity with "The Harbours Act, 1878," and the Order of the Governor in Council, dated 21st January, 1879, I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE tbat a MEETING- of Persons who have paid Fort, Harbour, Pilotage and Wharfage Duties and Charges in -respect of the Port of Thames, to the amount of not lesa than £2 sterling, during the yaar preceding the day of Election, will be held at the Harbour Board Offices, Albert street, Grabamstown, on THURSDAY, the Bth day of January, 1880, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of ELECTING ONE person to the office of "Member of the Thames Harbour Bowl.
