A Wellington man takes first Prize.
The wool show at the International Exhibition is the finest ever seen in the colonies. There are 400 exhibits, and Jos. Aarons, of Wellington, took first prize tor the best bale of combing wool ia the grease. This day. A railway collision has occurred at Paramatta. The Press train from Hawkes* bury ran into a waiting passenger train, . when six persons were injured and the carriages smashed. The exact cause of the collision ,is unknown. The traffic manager was. on board the engine. An enquiry will be held to-day.
