Thames, 23rd December, 1879. In pursuance of the powers rested in them under "The Municipal Corporations Act 1876" the Council of the Borough of Thames ordains aa follows, that is to ssy— Byo-law Wo. G of the Council of the Borough of Thames, dated the 7th day of June, 1877, confirmed the sth day of July, 1877, apd sealed with the common seal of the said Council on the 14th day of July, 1877, is hereby repealed, and farther, in pursuance of the powers so Tested in them aa aforesaid, the said Conned of the Borough of Thames ordains as follows:— j That no nightman or ooutractor for the remoral of night soil or other person shall deposit any night soil or other offensive matter at any place other than Block Amoriro at Parawai, belonginß to and ia the occupation of Mr Owen Griffiths, and Block 35b and 36 at Parawai, belonging to and jn the occupation of Mr John Bright.
