GILLAN V. DONALD MOEAE.

Donald McEae, the defendant, was examined, and stated he had not had the means to pay the judgment lummons. He had been earning about 15s per week. He wa» willing to pay 30s per month if he was able.

His Worship said he could not make an order on that evidence. He would adjourn the case for a fortnight.
