Stoping has also been carried on in this level during the last fortnight. We have been engaged in opening and lengthening the stopes, which are now about 130 feet in. length, showing good payable stone throughout the whole length. During the last few days a winze has been holed from the Whau lerel into these stopes, which gives, good/ventilation and at the same time fires greater facilities for working the stopes, and sates a distance of 600 feet of trucking all timber tools,-Ac, required fee working bottom lerels.
