Messbs ILnox and Harris, members of the Hamilton Borough Council are no doubt, in their own opinions, funny fellows. It appears that at a late meeting of the Council these gentlemen stood at the door of the Chamber, but rt<fused to go further, and for an hour annoyed their fellow Councillors, who were unable to proceed to business for want of a rtoorasa. If cither of thoso funny mea £ t d taken his seat the business could h»»« been gone on, but these gentlemen preferred seeing their fellows in trouble rather tbau aid them out of it by their presence at- the Board. We fancy their constituents should interest themselves a little.
