Mr Rolleston moved the recommittal of the Land Act for the purpose of adding th« following to section 11: " Pro Tided thstt in the case of lands sold on dvi'erred pay men Is since the first of January, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight, the aforesaid one third shall ceaso as soon as, by such payments together with any payments preriously made, the total amount of one third of the prica of the land has been paid orer as aforesaid."
