The Zcalandiii sails for Sydney at 9 p.m. Macey Quintal, solicitor, was brought tip on a charge of alleged forgery connected with a bill of sale. The case lasted all clay, and was adjourned till Friday, on his own bail of £200. The Sunday School Union Industrial Exhibition was opened formally today by J. C. Firth, Esq., President. There was a concert in the evening.
W>n. Wade, driving on the Onehunga road, encountered Chiarini's Circus Troupo. "hestr<u>go sight of the two zebras frightened the horse, which copsized the buggy, the wheel passing over Wade's shoulder. Wado intends entering an action against the Circus Company.
