The House reassembled at 7."J0. J BILLS. The Auckland Loans * 'cnsolicUtion Bill and Dramntic Work-- Copywrigbt Bills wore rend a third time nnd passed. The Licensitm Further Amendment Bill Wo. 2 was withdrawn on tho motion of Mr Pitt. The Rating Act 1876 Amendment Bill was read a second iimo. Mr I'all regarded tho Bill as a good one with a few trifling amendments, which he named. Tho motif h was put and carried. Mr Pyke moved the second reading of tho Qiieenstown Racecourse Reserve Bill. The motion was carried. NATIVE RESERVES. Mr Shechsn resumed the debate on the socond rending of the Native Reserves" Veslimr Bill. Te Wheoro moved as an amendment that it bo read that day six months. The amendment was carried. The Wairnrapa Racecourse Bill was reported on with amendments. It was read a third time and passed. In committee on the Land Transfer Act Amendment Bill on a motion to leave the Clnir the House divided—Ayes 32, Noes 27. District Courts Act 1858 Amendment Bill was committed.
