Fox is likely to be called to the Upper House. He will not attend the Grand Lodge meetiug of Templars at the Thames. There is great speculation about the Financial Statement, members waiting i-efore quarrelling with the Government. A. new Land Bill has been passed by the Waste Lands Committee. It makes provision for 100,000 acres for Special Settlements.
