Mr Tyler opened the case and stated that defendant kept a stall for lemonade, fruit, etc., outside Chiarini's circus, under the fascinating title of " Pioneer Good Templars," which it was alleged was a delusion and snare, as, under the cover of Good Teniplftrisra, square gin and spirituous liquors were sold for money. After , hearing the evidence the case was dismissed, as the Magistrate did not think the evidence sufficient to convict.
