RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT
THIS DAY. (Before H. Kenrick, Esq., E.M.) LARCENY.
Edward Lambert, an ex-Staff-Sergeant, was charged that within the last two years he did steal certain Government documents from the Militia Office of the value of £5. Mr Kenny applied for a remand for a week, which was granted, bail being allowed himself in £50, and two other ■ureties of £25 each. Court adjourned.
