The wool market is active. The bales opened to-day at Id to Hd advance on previous rates. Arrivals, 810,000 bales. Quebec, October 30. The Ministry have resigned in consequence of the Governor refusing a dissolution.
Madbas, October 30. Iron and silver mines in America, are flooded. An extraordinary waterspout burst over Malaya, damaging several towns.
