WELLINGTON.
This day. The Corporation hare proceeded A second time against a tradesman for exposing goods outside his shop door on the footpath, but it was shown that the front of the shop stands several feet back from the street boundary. The Magistrate decided as the articles exposed did not project beyond the spare ground there was no infringement of the by-laws* Coats were allowed.
