Last night. A petty Larceny case Dismissed. Stolen Sissei may to Sweet, tut one tonnie wee lass objects to Captain Clark's embraces. At the City Police Court this morning, Captain Charles Clark, was charged with assaulting Mary Church by putting his arm round her waist and kissing her, and calling her a boa me wee lass. After hearing the evidence called, the Magistrate dismissed the case, which had excited some amusement in the Court.
