The force of example. A large majority for Government: A Committee appointed to enquire into the terms given to the seceders. An Opposition caucus was held to-day, but the proceedings have been kept secret. It is reported that Richardson's election will be petitioned against. Several other members have gone over to the Government side, and it is stated others ore on the point of going.
