This day. Mr Haggett has received from the Government the necessary authority to enter a nolle prosequi in the remaining charges against Waters. A long discussion took place at the Land Board as to the Board's right to regulate its own advertising. Members have only recently awoke to the fact that they have the power to do this. Hitherto the newspaper has been selected by the Government.
