Medical girl for tho next four weelis. This doctor fcaifJ llto bono was diHcapetl, ond a piece would hfivo to com) out before tbo leg would get well. But dining tlie four weeks treatment. j of Dr Bojd, the lcjr wus growing worse and tho child "sinking. I !mii heard iv tha ihenu--timo of tho Eucnljpti Extract working some Wonderful cures, und nt tho end of tho period mentioned I obtained a bottle of the extract, and first used it on Monday, tno 10th December. Tho doctor's -visits then censed, the child being in v very low condition, and I gave my little girl three drops each night and morning, and also applied it to tho part affected, for two week?, at the end of which time I wsiß exceedingly pleased to find she hud so much improved «a to be able to run about. I regard the cure effected by the extract aa simply marrelloue, and I have betn recommending the latter to my friends who are suffering." From the Bendigo Evening News. , Howard Place, March 11th, 1878. Messrs Sander and Sone —I have much pleasure in testifying to the proved excellence of your Eucalypti Extract. For seven weeks I suffered intense pain from a sprained ankle (which had swollen much), and could get no relief, although I was under medical treatment, till at last I purcl-OBed a bottle of your extract, und after uiing three bottles full, my ankle was tompletely cured. I would now recommend all pereons suffering similarly to try your Eucalyptui Extract, as I can assure them it is a sure cure. —Edward Gibson. To the Editor of tlie Nowcasile Morning Herald and Miners' Advocate. l March 18tb. j Sir,—Hating Buffered from a bad wound in | the leg for a long time, I tried several remedies, none of which had tho desired effect; and, as a forlorn hope, tried a bottle of the ] "Eucalypti," and I am happy to have tbe opportunity of bearing record to its efficacy j ' although having used but one small bottle, tho ivound is now healed. You aro at liberty to give publicity to the above, as I believe the knowledge of thia fine medicine cannot be too well known. —William Hums, Wallsend. From Hie CooMoivn Courier. February 23rd, 1878. We have received the following testimony in favor of the new curative agent from our correspondent at Port Douglas:—"The Eucalypti preparation io being experimented with here, and the fow bottles that have been disposed of, prove all that has been written with regard to tbe efficacy of this discovery. A person whilst performing hia daily duties in one of our stores, happened to tread on a rusty nail, which so inconvenienced him for some days, that he could neither put his foot to tho ground or wear a boot—the part being co painful. Ho was pureuaded to try this new preparation, and upon applying the liquid twice, immense relief -was soon experienced, and the person referred to is now able to walk about as if nothing had happened to him. This came within my own observation, therefore I can Touch for the truth of this assertiou." Case of Swelling. In November, 1877, the wife of Mr Fickel Ironbark Buffered in the bend of the knee from a swelling, which had formed a lump of considerable size, disabling herlrom attending to any work. She removed the uwellirg completely by a continued application of the extruct. . ITS CLAIM AS A CURATIVE. It has now become the fashion with the inventors or discoverers of remedial agents to claim something little short of infallibility aud universality of cure for their respective agents. Messrs Sander and Sens do nothing of the sort. They have confidence that their oil possesses many virtues j but the full extent of these they do not know yet. They are cow collecting data, and they are most careful and searching in performing this. It is quite sure then, that their eucalypti oil can fairly assert itself to be a grand panacea for many of the ills that flesh ia heir to. In Scarlet, Typhoid, or any ease of Fever, nolbing will .protect better against contagion than a few drops of the oil poured in the palm of the hand, and rubbed in, in order to liberate the vapors, or sprinkled over the clothes. The perfume will be noticed for a great length of time. For Children Attending Schools, the same mode may be adopted. In Cases of Sickness, a few drops put into a saucer, and put into the room will, being an etheric oil, evaporate, and fill the room with the purifying vapor. • Are you obliged to Travel! A few drops occasionally rubbed en the body, will protect against any contagion you may be exposed to, in coming in direct contact with sick peraons, or in sleeping in the same room with, or in beds occupied previously by sick persons. All Motelkeepers will do well to sprinkle from time to time in drawers, where linen is usually kept, a few drops of the pure eßsential oil. It produces no spots whatever, as every particle of it evaporates, and nothing remains. In short, where a disinfectant is needed, tho pure eseential ecualypti oil ought to be the one you have recourse to, and no family ought to be without it. For all Wounds, Cuts, Burns, Scoldings, Ulcers, and Cancerous Wounds, a piece of linen wrapped round tho suffering part, and moistened with a fsw drops of the eucalypti essence, will slop all pain, and effect a speedy cure. In cases where a piece of linen cannot bo applied, the moistening of the suffering part with the pure oil will do as well. In Case of Colds moisten the nostrils with a few drops and inhale the vapour, and you will feel tbe immediate relief, and entire riddance of the heat. In all cases w7iere the Lungs may he Affected, the above-mentioned procesß, conliuualiy repeated, will be the best that can be advised. In cases of Rheumatism, a mixture of one part of the pure essential eucalypti oil with three par'.Bof spirits ot wine, well rubbed in the aufferiug part, has acted better than any other remedy. In all cases of Inflammation, the ail may be applied to tho part ufiected. In severe cases of Toothache of rheumatic origin, the pure essence may be applied on the external part of the face. In eases of Inflammation of tlie F,yes, apply the pure oil to t he outside of the eyelids. Headache and Ithetimatie Fains in the Head are positively removed aud cured by rubbing the oil on the affected parta. For many Cases of Severe Bruises the oil has proved the best remedy. Inwardly used, take three or four drops in half a tumbler of water. The essenca effects a most surprising change of the whole constitution, correcting indigestion, and creating a healthy appetite. ' JgrNo other essence is genuine except that in the vialß bearing on the labels our signature and trade mark. To be had at tho manufactory, SANDER AKD SONS, Bridgo street, Sandhurst, Victoria.
