In this ease, which was heard on" Saturday, His Worship said he had been requested by Mr Brassey. counsel for defendant, who had been called to attend the sitting of the Supreme Court,in Auckland, to hold over his decision till Friday. ( Mr Miller said he had no objection to this course.
His Worship said the point was a very important one, and he would be glad of the extra time to further look into the case.
DWBKKENNKsa. One person was punished in the usual manner. Court adjourned.
