THIS DAY. (Before H. Kenrick, Esq., E.M.) CIVIL SIDE. MCILHONS V. MOON. Claim £34, cash advanced. Mr Miller stated that this case was finally settled. With reference to the aecmsations made by Mr Brassey against Mr Haye, the Hamilton selieit >r, he might say he had received a letter from Mr Haye exonerating himself from any fault in the matter. Aa Mr Braasey was absent he wocld not refer further to the matter. The case was then struck out. Judgment fob Piaintiffs. In the following cases judgment was given for plaintiffs with costs —Hewin and Bro. t. Marshall. Claim, £6 16s 6d, goods. (Mr Walker, manager for plaintiffs, appeared, and produced written nuthority from plaintiffs to represent them). Judgment for amount claimed and costs 9s. J. E. Dodd v. Quilding; claim £22, promissory note, and costs £1 Is. Magaire v. Mer* Taipari: claim, £2, dishonored order, and costs £21» 6d. ADJOUBK3D. The following cases were adjourned—• Price t. Lynch, Nicholls v. Warner, Brassey v. J. Eobertson, Nonpareil United v. D. G-. Taylor. Court adjourned.
