GREYMOUTH.
Sunday night.
Arrived : Anthus, from Auckland
A serious fire occurred between. 12 and X o'clock this morning. It broke out in an empty house in Albert street, and extended to the adjoining houses, one of which was unoccupied, and the other occupied by Mr Eeyling, tailor. The caifte is unknown. The two unoccupied houses belonged to McDavitt, and were insured in the Victoria Co. for £200, and Mr Jteylinf for £150 in the Union Co.
