Sib, —I write in the interest of Volunteers generally, asking for information as to the office of marker at the Butta being awarded to a tenderer for the said office, whose tender was not in accordance, with the specified terms of the application, actually not the lowest by two tenders, as a ' reference to the application! will prore.
