The Onehunga nomination resulted .— O'Eorke 80, Graham 5.
At the Bay of Islands nomination the show of hands gave W. Eatene 16, Williams 12, McLeod 11, Lundon 3. Polling will take place on the 10th. , Mr Sheehan intended addressing the Franklin electors at Howick, but having to leave for Napier, Moss and Tole went instead. A vote of confidence was passed in Grey as the Liberal leader, and Hamlin and Harris as candidates for Franklin.
