The following message from Paerba is to hand by our winged messenger, and speaks hopefully of a favorable result from the Native meeting:—The prelimi^ nary meeting is now taking place satisfac* torily. Mr Wilkinson is going to the Ngatihako settlement'withPineaha, Tipa, Wini Kerei and others to convey the message of the runanga to Ngatihako. Wilkinson will return here today, and will bring result of meeting at Okahukura. Ngatihako will probably come down tomorrow morning.
