MASTERTON.
Last night. Today a lodge of the Thistle Constitution was consecrated, and tho newlyelected Master, Brother Cowan, was installed, and the officers invested. The ceremony was performed hy ActingDeputy Provincial Grand Master Gillon, assisted by the Grand Lodge Officers, H. J. Elliot, A. T. Maginnity, it. Player and others. The ceremony was in the presence of a large number of Masons. The proceedings were most enthusiastic, a large number of candidates being initiated. A sumptuous banquet was provided in the evening. '
