Wheat 4s 6d to 4s 9d. oats 2s to 2s 3d, barley 5s to 5s 6d, potatoes £5, hay £4, chaflF £4 to £4 10s, straw £25, bran £45, pollard £5 10s, flour, large sacks, £10 to £11, small bags £11 10s, oatmeal £13, pearl barley £26, onions 13s (id, cheese 9d per Ib, bacon (rolled) Bsd, beef 27s 6d per cwt, mutton 2d to 2£d. The nominations for VVakaia are: Capt. McKenzie, Mr Garland, Mr Bennett, and Mr Johnstone. The show of hands was in favor of the names in the order given. The nominations for Hoslyn are : H. Driver, Hy. Hogg, J. A. Barr. Driver announces himself an Oppositionist, Hogg as the woking man's candidate, and opposed to Grey, Barr said he would, if returned, be an independent representative, but would support the measures spoken of in the Governor's speech. W. D. Steward addressed the electors last night and received a vote of confidence. '
