(Before J. Skene and J. Brown Eiqs. J*s.P.) ALIEGKD FKHJUBT.
William Rose, on remand, was charged with perjury. ._ ; - Mr Miller, for the prosecution, applied for a farther remand, as Messrs Kenriek > and Guilding, who were important witnesses, were not present. Mr Xtnriek was absent in his Magisterial duties, and he did not think they could go on with the case till Thursday. ■ ■i> "■. -.; Mr Dodd, for the defence, agreed to the remand, which was then granted, the same bail being allowed. ■
Court adjourned.
