A letter was read from the representative of an American 'company ,3 offering to sell the Boad an improved 8 ton* veifih.bridge for £65 to be delivered at Thames in six months. Consideration d«serred. whabf dues.
A letter was read from the Heerctary to the Auckland Harbor Board acknowled*ing'the receipt of a-reßolufioflifto^ted by the Thames Buard on the Bth inst., ia reference to the exemption 1 frertt whttfage fees of all goods' manufactured from articles which hare previously paid wharfage," and in reply ftaSnjr/that the resolution had been submitted to a meeting of the Auckland Board, and referred to the , Works* and Enda^mentfh?
