The committee through their lawyers are preparing an act to enable, a test case to be brought before the Supreme Court of Appeal, and then if there are any questions which that Court will decline the responsibility, of finally settling, the matter will be sent before Her Majesty the Queen in Council assembled, where the whole question will be gone into and finally disposed of.
