Gilbert gave corrohpriitive eridence. . ' ; Fanny Power, sworn, deposed—l am the wife of defendant. I remember the evening of 10th. I showed him a bill and asked him if he would work, and help to pay the bi'l. . He made a number of strange statements, and was jvery Tiolent. He has been three times in the Lunatic Asylum , . Defendant was discharged. , Court adjourned. :
