MOANATAIRI.
The manager's weeklyj report! is; as ffbilowa^r-Vl5O feet level.—ln driving west from crosscut,: the [A\U jNittons leader is 18 inches thick, and of promising appearance.—Bo feet level.—No. 3 reef in the stopes ■is much split up and small. The same remark will applyj to; the tfypo above intermediate level, in fact the reef throughout consists of a series; of leaders with bands of mullock between. Point Russell section.—The reef in stopes is small, owing to a clay band crossing it. I think in next stope the reef will open out and improve again. The general crushing has been pf lofer grade during past week, but I hojpe in a day or two we shall have an improvement. South crosscut tunnel level has: been driven 19 feet this week. There «|e nice gold-bearing stringers of quartz in the face which let out water freely. 1 am, &C.,—BOBBBT COMEB. [
