T. C. Boid's case was brought on today. The charges were forgery and embezzling moneys, the property of the Colonial Building Company in the forgery case decision was reserred, and in the embezzlement he was remandedi Bait was allowed, prisoner in £2,000, arid two sureties of £500 each.
