A criminal information by; Wills and Atkinson, proprietors of the Tribune, will be laid against S. List, for a malicious libel which appeared in an omnibus.
At the Police Court, a new arrival named William Adams was sentenced to 12 months for obtaining goods from a number of tradespeople under false pretences. He pleaded poverty.
