WARDEN'S COURT.
THIS DAY. (Before Colonel Fraser, Warden.) ADJOTTBNED. The cases, Mining Inspector v. McManus, and same v. Bird, were adjourned to September 4th, in consequence of the absence of the Mining Inspector. The case Mcllhone v. Steed man was also - adjourned to same date. . : DEPASTUBING CATTLE. A. McLaughlin was charged on the information of the Inspector of Miners' Rights with depasturing cattle in the Hauraki G-oldmining District without being the holder of a miner's right or depasturing license. Defendant said he had since taken out a depasturing license. . Fined 8s and costs. Court adjourned.
