THAMES NAVAL BRIGADE.
There was an exceedingly large muster of this fine corps on the occasion of their monthly inspection by Major Withers last evening. After the inspection Mrs Murray presented several prizes to successful competitors, congratulating, them on their good scoring, and the handsome gold watch subscribed for by the company as a gift to Lieut. Lawless was handed to that gentleman by Major Murray. Lieut. Lawless briefly returned thanks, after which, headed by the band, the corps paraded the principal streets of the town.
