Cr Porter had written the following motion in the {Notices of Motion Book,:—- ---" That the Government be requested to place on the estimates the sum of £9,500, to be appropriated as,follows.:; Main road ■; to Eatikati and Hikurangi Gorge, £2,600; ' bridge over Ohinemuri, Eirer> £1,200; t bridge over the Waitekauri, £800; Paeroa to Ohinemuri crossing, £3,000; Paeror r Jo Omahu, £2,000. Total, £9,500." SWAMP CBOSSHCGS.
